Puppy Manners 101
All classes will use positive reinforcement with clicker training and be held live, online from Houston, Texas via Zoom.
This live, online class is a basic obedience class for puppies from 8 weeks to 5 months. Classes will be grouped by age. We will show you how to use a clicker to train your dog. Please review the Clicker Training Instructions and get started now so you are prepared for class.

The class will cover puppy behavior and basic obedience training issues including:
- Basic control positions: Sit, down, stand
- House training tips
- Recall - coming when called
- Crate (kennel) training
- Feeding tips
- Handling
- Rough play - biting/scratching/jumping
- Appropriate toy choices
- Chewing
- Socialization
- Walking on leash
The class is a basic obedience class. This means that we will give you the basic tools to train your dog. Training your dog is an ongoing process. You will have to commit yourself to applying the techniques we show you on a daily basis for them to work.
