It was a wedding to remember! The housekeeper for our fun family is
Josiah, a fantastic cook, the families sounding board and therapist,
and all around crazy woman! Between caring for the Travis Bunch and her
own problems with her butcher boyfriend, Maude, Josiah always has her
hands full! In this week's episode, Ezra and Chris are each getting
ready for big days at school while Buck's teasing of JD is about to
blow up in his naughty little face...

episodes. They won't be exactly true to the original; we're dealing
with little guys, after all. However, the authors have endeavored to
keep the essence of each story intact.
Summary: The governor of the orphanage Vin ran away from, Eustace
Yates, comes to take him back, since his funding depends on the number
of children he has in his 'care'.
Summary: When JD sees bankrobbers, he tries to scare them with
Vin's rifle. Unfortunately, it goes off and kills a mother cat,
upsetting the other children. And then there are the other robbers...
Summary: When a murder occurs in town, a Pinkerton agent focuses on
Josiah as the murderer. Since Josiah is in no mood to defend himself,
Vin manages to convince Chris that he should accompany Miss Nettie to
Vista City, as he has designs on investigating why Josiah is acting the
way he is.
Summary: Vin is hurt when some of the bad kids go racing through
town. Two young girls have arrived, looking for Del Spival (one of said
bad kids). Casey is upset because JD is playing with one of the girls
instead of her, and things go from bad to worse...
Summary: Two warriors, a half-elf, a bard, a wizard, a youth and a
partly-trained healer have banded together to protect a small village.
As events unfold, the seven end up on a quest not just to save the
village, but the kingdom itself from the plans of an evil wizard.

Summary: So the Six have become Seven. The team rally around their new
member, determined to assist him through the hell he is experiencing.
All is going well, until the insidious traitor from The S.T.F.1's past
raises his ugly head.
Summary: The theft of an opera singer's brooch starts a chain of
events that sends JD up a tree, Ezra into hell, and Chris fighting not
to lose one of his men, meanwhile... there are all these birds...
Summary: Vin defends Ezra from some lawmen looking to collect him
on the old warrant, and they head back to Four Corners. When Vin's
horse is spooked by a rattler, Vin is thrown over a cliff, and only
Ezra's hold is keeping him from death...
Summary: A disagreement with Peso leaves Vin with some broken ribs.
On the way back to Four Corners, he and Chris take shelter with a
family whose daughter takes a real shine to the injured tracker.
Summary: Chris and Vin were scheduled to have some father-son time
together, when the holiday is postponed by a call from A.D. Travis.
Chris leaves Vin with Ezra, and the experience has its benefits for
both of them.
Summary: A day's outing with Vin's 'Uncle Ezra' is considerably
extended by bad weather. As the chances of him getting home for
Christmas diminish, Vin teaches Ezra some tricks about making do with
what you have.
Summary: A young man comes West to become a gunslinger, because of
a dime novel, and comes looking for Chris Larabee in order to join his
gang. Unfortunately, he becomes involved with the wrong crowd in his
attempts to prove himself...
Summary: When Ezra and Vin are left alone while the others are
buying supplies, Ezra uses magic to show Vin the sea. On the way back,
they are intercepted by another mage, who curses them both.

Summary: After the events in Buck's Songfic : Gimme Three Steps, JD does some research on Lynyrd Skynryd, and comes across a song which strikes a chord in him.
Summary: The February 2002 Challenge: offered by Heather Any AU,
any setting....Whatever floats your boat so to say. Some of the seven
guys are stuck on one side of a water way (river, pool, pond, puddle,
bathtub anything with water) and some of the others (one or two or how
many you want) are on the other side. For whatever reason, the one
group refuses to cross the water and join the others, despite the fact
bad guys can be heard bearing down on them.
Summary: In another attempt to dispose of the Seven, hired guns
have been brought in to manoeuver them into a disadvantageous
situation. They are marked...man for man.
Summary: Someone Chris knows comes from Washington, with an offer
for Chris to head a new special team, a Regional Mobile Enactment Task
Force (RMETF). After hearing the offer, Chris for the first time since
his wife and child died, Chris feels the need to move on with his

seems to be a little out of place. Little does he know, that EJ is an
undercover Fed... with amnesia...
Summary: Six men make up Team Seven, a group of professional bounty
hunters. After a fellow bounty hunter�s cover is blown, he joins the
team and begins the journey of changing his life forever.
Summary: While Vin is still recovering from the events described in Like
a Tanner,
some bounty hunters arrive in Four Corners. JD is the only other member
of the Seven present, and comes up with a dangerous method of
safeguarding Vin...
Summary: First JD and then Nathan are shot. Then it comes out, that
someone from Vin's past with the army is after him, and JD and Nathan
got in the way...
Summary: A shooting contest, a gambler out to make a killing, a

intention of impressing the son of a potential investor, only to have
the voyage come to disaster.

Join the USS Maverick, the newest galaxy class
starship to be assigned to stand guard at the border between the
Federation and the distant Delta Quadrant. Its mission is to act as
sentry post for any future Borg invasions after the events in Star

However, as newly promoted Captain Chris Larabee and
his crew is about to find out, the Borg are not the only dangers in
this part of space...

a dangerous conflict aboard the Maverick, setting the men and women of
the ship against each other.

Summary: As Captain Larabee confronts the horrible information that
his wife and son were murdered, the Maverick receives a distress signal
from an ancient vessel, named the "Sulaco".
Summary: A local businessman decides to host an "invitation only"
high stakes poker game, and Judge Travis wants to provide security.
Chris goes to provide the "open" security, Ezra manages to get himself
"invited", and they discover that Bret Maverick is there to supervise.
Of course, things start to get interesting...
Summary: When Chris and Ezra are on their way home from dropping
off a prisoner, they are captured by a ruthless madman and his
associates, and forced to participate in a deadly game.
Summary: Some of the boys go to McDonald's. You know the land of
the Golden Arches, french fires, single moms, and agen...I meant, kids,
yeah, kids getting stuck in the plastic tubing...'nuff said.
Summary: Chris and Buck have to work on Halloween, so Nathan and
Rain take care of Vin and JD. During the night, Vin wakes up, and has a
conversation with Nathan about the meaning of Halloween.
Summary: Chris and Buck are having to stay late at work a lot, and
Vin is getting upset. He disobeys Buck and Chris and watches a program
about cruelty to animals. But some good comes out of it, because after
seeing the program, Vin and JD are moved to raise money to help...
Summary: Josiah finds out about Vin's mother, in time for Memorial
Day. The adults arrange for JD and Vin's mothers to be buried near
Sarah and Adam, so the boys will be able to visit sometimes.

Summary: After the X-Files were destroyed, a man brings in a file
based on eye-witness accounts of his grand-father Vin Tanner, and his
friend JD Dunne, of a close encounter.
Summary: Christmas comes to Four Corners. Each of the Seven reflect
on past memories and just what Christmas means to them... all while
seeking a group of bandits that have been terrorizing towns in their
area.
Summary: Chris and Buck notice that JD has come down with the
chicken pox at the Christmas pageant. Ezra, in the mean time, is
'coping' with taking care of some of the presents for JD and Vin...
Summary: When Vin loses his harmonica in a scuffle, Billy Travis
finds it. When he finds out, Vin can't bear to take it away from him,
in spite of how much he treasures it.
Summary: A friend of Travis' believes there is a threat to his
life, and the team ends up spending Christmas on a stake-out... a fact
that makes them very unhappy when the true nature of the 'threat' is revealed...
The Metal Wars Trilogy
The year is 2160. The Metal Wars have now raged for
more than thirty years. While the Resistance continues to hang on, as
more and more units join the fight, Lord Dread and his Bio-Dread Empire
grow more and more brutal.
Chief among these new groups to join the fight are
the Larabee Team, led by Chris Larabee, who lost his wife and son in a
later attack. Another is the Valkyries, an entirely female squad, led
by Mary Travis.
And continuing the fight is Captain Jonathan Power,
struggling to hang onto his own humanity, in the wake of fighting for
his entire adult life, in the wake of the losses of his father and two
women whom he had loved. These three teams are about to intersect, and
may whatever god they believe in have mercy on the soul of Lyman
Taggart. Because neither the Valkyries nor the Larabee Team will. The
Larabee Team is also called ... The Magnificent Seven.
Summary: Join us for bank robbers, angry spanish dons,
brother-in-laws, and menances from the past! Oy, looks like the Seven
are going to be tested to their
very limits!
Summary: Chris is a gladiator in the Roman Circus. When injuries
force him to retire, he takes responsibility for the son of his last
opponent. Buck has also adopted a young ex-slave by the name of JD.
They agree to help Ezra on a business trip to Syria. On the way, they
encounter a very unusual new family...
Summary: When Vin and JD accompany Chris and Buck to a conference,
things get a little dicey when they decide to have a midnight snack.
They learn the hard way that the 'water' in the min-bar isn't something
they really want to drink...
Summary: When Nathan attends a party, he feels somewhat isolated by
his color. Later that night, he receives a visitor, who shows him what
Four Corners would be like if he had never come there.
Summary: Denver has a big problem when the ATF's biggest cold case
goes hot: a recently UA Marine sniper is Clayton Hopewell's newest
assassin. Denver has an even bigger problem when the NCIS shows up to
find the Marine....
Summary: While the members of the Firm are on the road, Chris
develops acute appendicitis. They find a local doctor, who performs
emergency surgery. Unfortunately, the doctor in question was involved
in working on mind control experiments in the Vietnam War, and is
looking for a human guinea pig to try out his refined technique...
Summary: Teenaged Ezra insinuates himself into a group of people
running from the PCCA, in an attempt to work against the Guild. The
attempt is mostly a disaster, but they recover two young cousins, Vin
and JD... and Vin is being sought by the Guild with great vigour,
because he is a strong telepath.
Summary: Ezra and Billy have a conversation about why Mary is
sending Billy back to live with the Judge...the conversation revealing
as much about Ezra's childhood as anything else.
Summary: As Chris Larabee comes to grips with being the leader of a
rather odd bunch of peacekeepers, he finds that they are having just as
much difficulty coping with the change in their circumstances as he.
However, with the hanging of his nephew, Stuart James is out for
revenge on the men who have more difficulty being friends than being
seven.

Summary: Lt. JD Dunne joins Major Larabee's Corsair squadron in the
South Pacific...a squadron with a reputation to rival that of legendary
"Pappy" Boyington's "Black Sheep.".
Summary: Nathan is considering whether or not he wants to remain
with the police force, so he goes to visit his old friend Josiah. It
turns out ADA Travis had recommended him as a possible member of Team
Seven. However, while he is visiting, his likeness to an ex-soldier
criminal is exploited, and things get interesting...
Summary: Poor Ezra suffers one blow after another. First, when he
finally has enough money to buy back the saloon, he discovers that his
mother has instructed the banker not to sell to him.
Then, a disgruntled loser tries to kill him...and the resulting head
injury causes him to lose his memory of his time with the Seven...
Summary: When Chris is targetted, Ezra gets him home. Each of them
is certain the other is the source of the problem. However, it turns
out to be a case of mistaken identity. After all, word is that where
Chris Larabee is, Vin Tanner is nearby...
Summary: When Buck and Ezra's horseplay manages to get food all
over Vin's last set of clean clothes (Mrs. Potter having offered to
wash the rest), Chris loans him an outfit. Unfortunately, a young
gunfighter seeking a name for himself mistakes the black-clad Vin for
Chris...
Summary: When Chris comes back from a trip out of town, he
looks...different. And the difference is enough to set Vin off his
stride. And Chris doesn't realize what's happening, or why.
Summary: When Casey's friend Angie comes to visit, she spends time
questioning JD, trying to figure out how he feels about Casey.
Unfortunately, JD thinks Angie is hinting that she's interested in
him...
You ever get those images? Yeah, you know the
images I'm talking about. They come when you're listening to the radio,
watching a movie, or out of nowhere? Those images that are too good not
to write down but just don't fit into any fic you're working on? Well,
here's a collection of them. These just happen to be the crazy ones.
Summary: Racial tensions erupt in Four Corners as the suicide of a
white man leaves his children with no one else but their black
Nanny...someone who is also well known to Ezra.

Summary: An arsonist is working the streets, burning down places
where street people are living. When three more homeless people and a
firefighter die in one of the fires, Team 7 is asked to take a hand.
Vin goes under cover as a homeless man, and awakens memories of his
past that he finds hard to cope with.
Summary: While Vin struggles to come to terms with the events in Streetwise,
he goes to Ezra for help, not realizing that he is awakening old
memories for Ezra as well. Then events take an unexpected turn, as Ezra
needs to deal with the illness and death of his Aunt Grace...a woman
that was more of a mother to him than his own...
Summary: When the capture of an outlaw recovers a cache of stolen
jewels, the Seven are responsible for its safekeeping until it can be
delivered to the judge. In the mean time, some old acquaintances of
Ezra's turn up in town, revealing Ezra's past history as a boxer. They
challenge Ezra to a match. Unfortunately, the match is actually a
diversion, as they are actually the outlaw's partners, and they are
after the jewels...
Summary: Ezra makes a bet with Buck which involves convincing the
rest of the Seven to pose for a group photograph...only events reveal
that it means more than winning a bet to Ezra...and to all of them.
Summary: As anonymous cards arrive for the team, indicating that a
donation has been made in their name to various charities, with the
sentiment that 'Christmas should come more than once a year', there is
speculation regarding who's sending them.
Summary: When Buck and Ezra are loaned to the DEA in Las Vegas,
they spend a few hours on the town before returning back to Denver.
After Dinner, they stumble across a woman dying in the alley, and
attempt to render assistance...with potentially serious consequences.
Summary: Vin begins suffering relapses from the drugs he was given previously in No More Words. And if that wasn't enough, the one who originally gave them to him is back with plans for revenge...
Summary: On his morning off, JD goes to close the window to shut
out the racket. Only the window stuck, and in unsticking it, JD is
trapped outside on the balcony in his underwear...
Summary: After an evening of watching horror movies, Vin can't
sleep. He calls a (likewise sleepless Chris), and they head to a local
latenight bar to hang out together. When the bartender doesn't come
back from hooking up a new keg, they invesigate...
Summary: Two men come to Four Corners looking for Mrs. Standish.
When they discover she is not yet present, but that her son is in town,
they decide to kidnap him to use him as a bargaining chip to retrieve
something Maude stole.
Summary: Buck's mother grows concerned as she fears that she has a
stalker. To complicate matters, Buck's father is showing an interet in
meeting his son for the first time ever...could he be the stalker?
Summary: Five years ago, the Black Hills were ceded to the Lakota
"in perpetuity". Now, forces are moving to challenge that right, for
the sake of the gold to be found there. Judge Travis intends to travel
there, to investigate these events, and desires the help of the Seven
to do so. However, it seems both Vin and Josiah have a past with the
Lakota, and Vin is already entangled
in the events in another fashion. As events unfold, factions develop
among the Seven, with each group trying to determine what is
transpiring, without knowing what cards the others hold...

Summary: Detectives Standish and Dunne hunt for a killer
Notes: The April 2005 Challenge (the Mystery Challenge) - offered
by Jesfrealo. Write a story where a mystery plays a key role in the
story. Have one or any combination of the guys be the detective(s). It
can be funny or serious and in any open universe. Extra points if you
make an unusual pair of the guys work together to figure out the
mystery (so not Chris and Vin or Buck and JD...). Have fun!!
Summary: A meet at the opera turns out to be a set-up, and both
Ezra and Vin are injured. Events are manipulated to place suspicion on
the two agents, and the bad guys are calling the shots...
Summary: Josiah's plan to have a choir and musical accompaniment at
Sunday service are ruined when outlaws rob the bank. He takes out his
frustration by "encouraging" them to sing on the way back to Four
Corners.
