Buck glared at his friend. "Brilliant idea sending Mary away. It's really done wonders for you."
"Listen, none of this has anything to do with Mary." Chris hobbled away as quickly as his useless leg and cane would allow.
"Right. Giant coincidence you've gone completely off the rails since she left. Inducing migraines, worsening leg pain." Buck just wouldn't give up; his two good legs letting him eat up whatever distance Chris managed to put between them.
Chris growled, spinning on his good leg, cane lashing out.
"Ow, Chris!" Buck grabbed his painfully throbbing leg.
"Aw, you miss Mary too?"
