Canine Manners 101
For dogs from 8 weeks and older
This class is a basic obedience class for all dogs. Classes will be grouped by age. We will show you how to use a clicker to train new behaviors for your dog.
The class will cover puppy behavior and basic obedience training issues including:
- Basic control positions: Sit, down, stand
- Recall - coming when called
- Walking on leash
- Chewing, biting, jumping, etc.
- Socialization & handling
- Other behavior issues, house training, etc.
The class is a basic obedience class. This means that we will give you the basic tools to train your dog. Training your dog is an ongoing process. You will have to commit yourself to applying the techniques we show you on a daily basis for them to work.
This class is 7 weeks long. It is held Thursday nights from 7:00pm to 8 or 8:30pm.
The cost of the class is $160.00 for the 7 weeks.
